70/19 Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) for 2018 /2019

 

70/19.1    To receive and agree any actions arising from the Internal Audit Report and approve the

                  appointment of the Internal Auditor for 2019/20

 

70/19.3    To approve the Annual Governance Statement that there is a sound system of internal

                  controls

 

70.19.4    To approve the draft Annual Accounts for 2018/2019 (draft copy attached)

 

70/19.5    To approve the Accounting Statement and Explanation of Variances for financial year

                  ending 31st March 2019

                   

71/19  Finance General

 To approve expenses, any invoices or expense claims received prior to, or during the meeting and to 

 discuss any other issues related to the finances of the Parish Council as are deemed necessary.

 

72/19  APC Insurance Renewal

72/19_1   To formally approve and minute the donation of two display board presentation ‘kits’

                   currently stored in Hindmarsh Hall to Hindmarsh Hall Trust.

72/19_2    To receive and consider Insurance Renewal quotes and approve the Long-Term Agreement

                   insurance provider for the next 3 years.

 

73/19  Small Boat House - Maintenance

     To discuss and agree future maintenance requirements 

 

74/19  Dr Joy’s Garden – Funding of Maintenance

     To discuss and agree the funding for future maintenance

 

75/19  Alnmouth Clean-Up

    To report on the recent clean-up project

 

76/19 Fly Tipping on Beach and Other Sites

            To discuss the recent spate of fly tipping incidents in and around the village

 

77/19 Condition of access road to the rear of Riverside Road

To discuss the issue raised by 4 residents of Riverside Road about the condition and safety of the

access road to the rear of their properties.

To discuss the advertising and co-option of two Parish Councillor vacancies

If any Alnmouth parishioners are present and wish to speak, at 8pm a period of 15 minutes will be set aside during the meeting to allow members of the public to speak. Each Alnmouth Parishioner will be allowed a maximum of four minutes.
