          To consider approval or amendment of minutes of the meeting held on 12th May.

 

79/15. Matters Arising out of Minutes

           To receive updates on the following matters not appearing elsewhere on the agenda:

·         Village Clean-up

·         4 Peases Gardens

·         Hindmarsh Hall Fundraising Committee

·         Painting of Beacon Pole

 

80/15 Co-option of New Parish Councillor

          To discuss applicants and appoint Parish Councillor to vacant position.

 

81/15 Peases Park Upgrade

          To discuss and approve expenditure on upgrade of the Peases Park and play equipment.

 

82/15 Bird Scarers

          To discuss a complaint regarding the use of bird scarers.

 

83/15 Double Yellow Lines in the Village

          To discuss placing of double-yellow lines in the village and potential funding options.

 

84/15 Council Matters 

        To receive update/report from County Council Representatives.

86/15 Finances

          To approve expenses, any invoices or expense claims received prior to or during the meeting and to

          discuss any other issues related to the finances of the Parish Council as are deemed necessary.

          To note communications sent and received by the council since the last meeting, for information only.

 

88/15 Public Contribution

To hear comments/representations from parishioners.

 

89/15 Any Other Business

         To hear other urgent matters councillors may wish to raise.

 

90/15 Date & Time Next Meeting

          To note the date of the next meeting.

 

If any Alnmouth parishioners are present and wish to speak, at 8pm a period of 15 minutes will be set aside during the meeting to allow members of the public to speak. Each Alnmouth Parishioner will be allowed a maximum of four minutes.
