b)    To approve annual governance statement that there is sound system of internal controls, including the preparation of the accounting statements for Financial Year Ending 31st March 2017.

c)     To approve expenses, any invoices or expense claims received prior to or during the meeting and to discuss  any other issues related to the finances of the Parish Council as are deemed necessary.

d)    To Consider and approve the Insurance Policy for 2017-18
