To discuss and approve invoices and future financial arragements for website.
21/15 NCC Planning Policy Changes
To discuss response to NCC changes in Planning Policy
22/15 Hindmarsh Hall Storage
To discuss and approve expenditure on Hindmarsh Hall storage solution.
23/15 Small Boathouse
To discuss access to the small boathouse and approve any necessary correspondence.
24/15 Foxton Road Development
To discuss use of the s.106 payment for the Foxton Road Development.
25/15 Old Boathouse Tenders
To discuss tenders received and decide which contractors to award the contract to.

To receive update/report from County Council Representatives.

If any Alnmouth parishioners are present and wish to speak, at 8pm a period of 15 minutes will be set aside during the meeting to allow members of the public to speak. Each Alnmouth Parishioner will be allowed a maximum of four minutes.
