  1. Responsible Financial Officers Report and Presentation and Approval of Accounts for the Financial Year Ending 31st March 2015.

b)    To approve annual governance statement that there is sound system of internal controls, including the preparation of the accounting statements for Financial Year Ending 31st March 2015.

c)     To approve expenses, any invoices or expense claims received prior to or during the meeting and to discuss any other issues related to the finances of the Parish Council as are deemed necessary.


72/15 Council Insurance

          To discuss and approve expenditure on the Parish Council Insurance.


73/15 Council Communications

          To note communications sent and received by the council since the last meeting, for information only.


74/15 Public Contribution

To hear comments/representations from parishioners.


75/15 Any Other Business

         To hear other urgent matters councillors may wish to raise.


76/15 Date & Time Next Meeting

          To note the date of the next meeting.

If any Alnmouth parishioners are present and wish to speak, at 8pm a period of 15 minutes will be set aside during the meeting to allow members of the public to speak. Each Alnmouth Parishioner will be allowed a maximum of four minutes.
